Dr. Kimberly Cayce, Dermatologist

Kimberly Cayce, MD FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist with over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine. She believes the approach to any patient starts with listening to their concerns. Working alongside her patients, Dr. Cayce’s keen aesthetic eye, artistic skills, and meticulous attention to detail allow her to deliver the desired outcomes. Our motto, “Look Good, Feel Good,” is her ultimate goal. Not only is Dr. Cayce passionate about enhancing her patients’ natural beauty and self-confidence; she enjoys the relationships she builds and values the trust her patients place in her and her team.

Brooklynne Fogle

Brooklynne Fogle, Physician Assistant

After growing up in Northeast Missouri, Brooklynne Fogle, attended the University of Texas, Arlington where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in biological sciences. Prior to PA school, Brooklynne gained over three years of hands-on dermatology experience as a senior medical assistant, while employed under a Harvard-trained dermatologist in the heart of Dallas Fort-Worth, Texas.

She then returned back to what she calls ‘home,’ where she obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Stephens College, in Columbia, Missouri. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kiel, family, and attending her local church.

Brooklynne holds a certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed with the Missouri Board of Healing Arts. Her professional affiliations include Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants (MOAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Carley Kloess website

Carley Kloess, Physician Assistant

Carley Kloess was born and raised in a small town just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Wanting to experience life at a larger school, Carley attended University of Missouri - Columbia, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. Following graduation, Carley worked as a medical scribe for a dermatologist in St. Louis for nearly two years, giving her firsthand clinical knowledge of the specialty.

Carley then returned to Columbia, Missouri to complete her degree in Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Stephens College. She earned a certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed with the Missouri Board of Healing Arts. She is an active member of the Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants (MOAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Outside of work, Carley enjoys kayaking, bass fishing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Makenlea Montague, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Makenlea Montague is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Maryville University with a Master’s degree in Nursing Science. Makenlea started her health care profession upon graduation from the University of Missouri’s Sinclair School of Nursing with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As a registered nurse, Makenlea has extensive background in the emergency department, family practice, and urgent care. Her comprehensive background in nursing service and education in advanced practice nursing strengthens her clinical practice, decision making, and individualized patient care.

Makenlea makes it her prerogative to ensure her patients feel confident in their own skin. She values the safety, health, and well-being of her patients and aspires to provide evidence-based practice and care for her clients in her role as a dermatology specialist.

After providing care to patients in Columbia, Kansas City, and Lake of the Ozarks, Makenlea has now returned to her hometown of Columbia, where she is excited to provide care to members in her community. Makenlea earned her board certification from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed with Missouri State Board of Nursing. She holds certifications with BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and her professional affiliations include Dermatology Nurses Association (DNA).

Outside of work, Makenlea enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
